Opening hours

Daily 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.. Exceptionally, treatments can be booked outside Spa opening hours. An increase of 50% of the care will then be applied for treatments performed after 7:30 p.m. In order to guarantee the availability of schedules and services you want, we recommend that you book your treatment in advance. Treatment appointments are booked with the hotel reception.

Your arrival at the spa

To facilitate your diary management, the durations indicated correspond to your time of Spa treatment. In order to fully enjoy your experience, we welcome you 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before advance does not incur any costs. The changes and cancellations made within 24 hours incur charges 50% of the amount of the reserved treatment. If canceled within 12 hours or not presentation, the entire treatment will be invoiced. Any delay will result in a decrease of the duration of the treatment without any price reduction being applied.

Minors

Minors do not have access to the Spa and are not authorized to use the facilities of the place.

Liability

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to objects personal. We recommend that you keep your valuables in the lockers located in the changing rooms.

Silence and relaxation

The Spa is a place of calm and relaxation. In order to respect the tranquility of all, we kindly ask you to turn off your cell phones and respect the law to the privacy and serenity of all our Spa clients.

The body treatments we offer are aesthetic wellness treatments and not therapeutic care. We recommend that you consult a doctor for everything medical advice or diagnosis.
