• We favor short circuit supplies, organic and seasonal products.
• We prefer plants on our plates.
• Our garden  market gardener Clos de Nonville provides us with all year round fruits, vegetables,    herbs, honey according to the seasons. Deliveries are  provided by electric vehicle. Surplus production is cooked & canned to limit food waste.
